At Marcato SpA Online Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium kitchen and home products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Marcato account, visit your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate your return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Pack the Items Securely

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, removing or covering any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Await Refund

  Take your package to the designated shipping carrier location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
